🏆 Major winsD & E Block ATS rectified (BESCOM & AXON), MCB issues in A, D & E Blocks rectified, annual lift maintenance done for 5 of 6 blocks (A Block pending), STP controller & generator automation, CCTV, lift AMC, streetlight repairs, parking data consolidation and debris removal are completed.

Wall behind sump & STP — to be leveled with sand to stop water logging.
Locking shaft doors & missing doors — list being compiled from members; Gunashekhar (Hombale) to rectify.
Back wall — STP side work sped up (significant progress); transformer side temporarily closed with sheets; F block work in progress. Bhuvan EE (5 Sep) directed it be completed urgently, with a drainage channel to the storm drains. Permanent resolution discussion (Inbavalli AEE & Niranjan EE with RCCL & Hombale) still pending.
Rear-side debris removal — continuous removal started 5 Sep after Bhuvan EE's follow-up with the RCCL DGM; SKRWA following up until it is fully cleared.
Recurring stilt debris cleanup — follow-up ongoing with Hombale to keep stilt areas clear.
Basement seepage — expansion joints to be sealed; SKRWA actively following up with BDA.
Housekeeping — stopped 4 Sep over non-payment; back to 4 cleaners, 1 gardener and 1 manager (7 Sep) against a normal 6 cleaners, 1 gardener and 1 manager. Full strength still to return.

Full lift servicing — had never happened before; first-ever full maintenance done for 5 of 6 blocks last month (July 2026). A Block's first full service still pending.
Patrolling implementation — regular campus/night patrol coverage being set up.
Common area lighting (block-wise) — A Block done; SKRWA consolidating and working with Hombale block by block, others to follow.
FMS transition — technical evaluation under process (22 Sep). Hombale services end this month, escalated to the Zonal Commissioner on 19 Sep; BDA asked residents to form an ad-hoc/interim association to empanel the FMS vendor.
Gym-area lights — small lights approved by Manivannan sir; SKRWA coordinating with officials and the contractor for installation.
KPTCL underground line — 60+ kVA line being laid (22 Sep); transmission towers to be removed over the next few months. Piped gas (GAIL) for all 3 phases raised with BDA.
